Licensed Professional Counselor & PRACTICE DIRECTOR

Bend Office

I believe that an investment in your family is an investment in your life.

Jessica is a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 10 years of experience supporting children, individuals, and families through complex traumatic experiences. She believes in a systemic approach to healing, addressing the interconnected layers of prenatal history, early childhood, physical and mental health, family dynamics, and support systems. Jessica’s work is rooted in the understanding that trauma and life challenges do not exist in isolation, and healing involves considering the whole person and their environment.

Jessica is especially passionate about helping children and families impacted by trauma. She was instrumental in developing an intensive outpatient behavioral health program for elementary-aged children who had experienced trauma and were struggling to access their academics in a traditional school setting. Additionally, Jessica has worked closely with first responders and their families, helping them navigate the unique trauma they face and its impact on family dynamics.

Her therapeutic approach is strengths-based and family-centered, focusing on what is going well and building upon those strengths. Jessica is trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), which she uses to help clients process traumatic events and address negative thought patterns. She also incorporates play therapy techniques, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Family Attachment-Based Therapy to provide a holistic and individualized approach to healing.

Jessica’s philosophy is centered on honoring each person’s unique experiences and needs, creating a space where clients feel safe and supported in the therapeutic process. She specializes in trauma recovery, behavioral challenges, mood disorders, anxiety disorders, and issues related to separation and divorce, providing compassionate care for children, adolescents, and adults.
