Responsibilities:

- Provide individual therapy to children and adolescents, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques (EMDR, CBT, play therapy, DBT, etc.).

- Work with families to create treatment plans that address both child and family needs.

- Conduct assessments and provide diagnosis in accordance with ethical guidelines and best practices.

- Maintain accurate and confidential records of therapy sessions.

- Collaborate with other team members, schools, and community resources as necessary.

- Participate in regular clinical meetings and training to enhance professional growth.

Qualifications:

- Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.

- Active license or Associate License to practice therapy (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, PhD, or PsyD) in Oregon.

- Experience working with children and adolescents preferred.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Passion for helping children and families navigate emotional, behavioral, and psychological challenges.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
