Alise is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. She holds a master’s degree in social work from the University of Las Vegas, Nevada and has experience providing therapy and case management to adults, teens, and children. Alise takes a depth psychology approach to therapy, acknowledging the inherent wisdom and ability of all people to improve their quality of life through better understanding of and connection with self and others. Alise has ten years of therapy experience supporting people with reducing emotional dysregulation, identifying and coping with life stressors, managing depression and other difficult mood states, overcoming anxiety and panic, understanding and managing psychosis, identifying and resolving effects of past trauma, decreasing conflict in relationships, and improving overall wellness by encouraging self-care habit development. Alise is passionate about helping people gain confidence and increase agency by developing skills and knowledge that make them more effective in reaching the goals that matter to them as individuals. She utilizes techniques drawn from cognitive-behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, dialectical-behavioral therapy, and Jungian analytical psychology in a strengths-based, person centered approach tailored to the client and their desired treatment outcomes.
